A Round of Promotions at Seneca
The company consolidates its management committee
Seneca is proud to announce seven appointments to its team to support its growth. First, Dominique Morin, engineer and founding partner of the company, will occupy the position of President and CEO of Seneca. Raymond Simoneau, Eng., MBA, also a founding partner, will remain involved in development at a strategic level as Vice President, Innovation.
“I am proud to accept this new responsibility. With my new team in place to support our growth strategy, I am confident that we will meet our objectives and position Seneca as the reference in innovation projects. My personal goal is to maintain the warm atmosphere that distinguishes us and good communication at all levels,” said Dominique Morin.
To support him, Dominique Morin is accompanied by an experienced and passionate team who are already heavily involved in the company. Thus, Nellie Bouthillette, CPHR, will hold the Vice President, Corporate Affairs position. Jérémie Deguire, Eng., will take on the Vice President, Sales and Business Development position. Frédéric Aubut, PMP, engineer and certified project manager, becomes Vice President, Major Projects. He is closely supported by Carl Côté, professional engineer, who is appointed Director, Project Control. The latter are also involved in the company as shareholders. Finally, Cyril Trincat, Eng., will assume the Vice President, Engineering position.
This renewed team will allow Seneca to continue its evolution and to further embrace its mission of supporting businesses in their transformation through innovative industrial processes.
Finally, Benoît Couture, Eng., former president and founding partner of Seneca, will remain involved as chairman of the board: “As a founding member of Seneca, I feel a great sense of pride and gratitude when I think of all we have achieved. There is no doubt that the current team will rise to the challenges and lead the company to success. I am fortunate to have a close relationship with Seneca, whom the entire Recyclage Lithion team can count on to support its development,” mentioned Benoît Couture, President and Founder of Recyclage Lithion, Seneca’s sister company.
